This is an Envirocan produced by ESI Public Arts.  The cans are now called CommuniCans.  ESI Public Arts helps school children make art that can be permenantly displayed in the community.  This particular piece of art is to be found in Pantojo Park between India and Columbia streets on G street in San Diego.    The contacts for ESI Public Arts as follows:
